I purchased this case and a purple one for my girlfriend. Delivery was quicker then expected which was a good start. The fit is perfect for the Nexus 7 with all ports accessible and the front facing camera not being blocked at all which is very important to me and my girlfriend. The quality of the case is brilliant for the price, its well made and finished and looks way more expensive then the price I purchased at. The sleep sensor works correctly and does shut my Nexus 7 off when I close it. the ability to use the case as a stand is convenient and sturdy so will not drop, and especially good when I want to watch catch up TV when lying on my bed. My girlfriend loved the purple colour (which will keep me out of the dog house for a while!) so chuffed with that! The stylus loop holder on the side of the case it smart and the provided stylus clips nicely onto it. All in all I’m extremely pleased with the service and case and would highly recommend this case to anyone with the Nexus 7, you won’t be disappointed! Gets my 5 stars!

First off, I have to say this is decent value for money, so if all you are after is a protective case of decent quality, then at the moment you cant really get cheaper to do the job.
Unfortunately after a weeks use I have discovered some issues. My gripes with this product are below in order of issue severity:
1. The biggest problem with this product is the inclusion of the flawed stylus. Flawed, because if you are not careful you will score your tablet screen if pressed too hard (the rim above the rubber nib isn’t beveled and is sharp). I found this out the hard way, when my son was using it to colour something in, using sketchbookX app. Fortunately I’d put the screen protector on (which is fine), so only this was marked, but quite heavily. I have since thrown the stylus away and got one of the 99p ones, which don’t have this problem and works a little more effectively (marginal). Aside: Imagine using doing this damage on an ipad, which costs more than twice the price (why?). At least we don’t need to be too precious with the Nexus 7. 2. If you are expecting a magnet in the cover for auto wake/sleep sensor then you will be disappointed – there isn’t one. However, I don’t blame the makers as it was pretty late in the day when we got to know this feature existed on the nexus 7. 3. The nexus 7 is actually a little loose in the case and can look a bit cock-eyed, but that doesn’t bother me too much. What does bother me is the fact that the sleep/power and volume buttons are a bit fiddly to get to as they are partly back facing on the nexus.
This isn’t to say its an absolute design disaster, the makers have thought a bit about the nexus 7 – there is ample space for the side microphone (not the top one though), holes for speakers on back and the stand works fine at an acceptable angle (only one option), for me anyway. The magnets to shut the case work well too.
I would have given this a 3 star rating if it wasn’t for point 1. 4 stars if there was the auto wake/sleep sensor, and 5 stars for more thought over the power and volume button access.
Basically you get what you pay for, but beware these design issues in other similar products.

The case is well made and a perfect fit. The sleep sensor works. An added bonus was the screen protector (needed with small grandchildren around) and pen. The first one got lost in the post, I got in touch with the seller and they sent one out, first class post which I received the following day. I’m very impressed with their customer service and wouldn’t hesitate to order from them again.
