Very disappointed in the product.
Had to send it back for refund as everything went wrong with it from the remote on/off to channel selection and more.
No audio when watching films with USB and DVD when using the only format it will accept.
Limited DVD and USB format range so wouldn’t play most of what I had.
However I have to speak as I find, “Amazon” and “The Accessory Shop” from whom I purchased the TV are honourable, no problem with return postage or refund as the money is now back into my bank account. Thank you for that.
