I’d tried another phone holder for the S3, but unfortunately the phone didn’t fit in the holder with a protective TPU case fitted. I was rather dubious about this holder, no reviews and a bargain price (£2.99 delivered). However, this holder turned out to be better built than the more costly holder I tried previously. This holder is sturdy and seems well built, the suction mount works very well keeping the phone holder securely fastened with little movement or vibration in use. There are 2 plastic securing screws which hold the plastic arm securely in position, there is a fair bit of adjustment to orientate the phone as required. There are 2 plastic side arms which keep the phone in the holder and are adjustable to take phones of varying width. There is a fair bit of lateral adjustment to these plastic arms which is a great feature if you have a case fitted to the phone. All in all, very pleased with this purchase. Glad I tried this option before resorting to more expensive holders which maybe don’t offer much more. For £2.99 delivered you really can’t go wrong!

I have had a number of holders for my S3, none allowed me to use a case and most has issues in the design as a clip that does the suction would brake. So I decided to get one of these. The suction mech works fine and looks like it is not going to break. As I am using with a gel case around the S3 I have had no issues in used this holder with the case on the phone. I have been off road with the it and phone and everything has stayed in place. Forget the ones that are for the S3 just buy this one, your S3 will be fine and secure. No issues with buttons etc…

very pleased with this item very sturdy and does the job much better than trying to prop ur phone on something non suitable whilst using Sat Nav. My only gripe is that a little assembly sheet included would have been appreciated….
