Before I ordered this I poured over & over many reviews. I eventually decided to order this, as it came within my budget & did what I wanted it to do, which I’m very glad I did. The tablet exceeds my expectations, doing evrything it’s claimed to. The screen is a dream to use the wifi connectivity is great Everywhere but my own house (think its a problem with my router)comes with 2 usb leads & a charger. My brother in law has an iPad & I reckon my tablet is just as good. The only slight problem I had, this being my first foray into Android was that I only got the 2 paper manuals which are pretty sparse. I contacted Quality stores thro’ Amazon & received a reply within a few hours appologising, as the full Android manual should have been preloaded o the tablet, but they offered to email it to me. Unfortunately Amazon kept blocking out my email address & theirs, but after several tries they phoned me I gave them my email address & had the full manual by return. In my view great customer service is not not having to use it, but when you do you get dedication & helpfullness like I received. I would certainly recomend the product & the excellent service I received. I would have no hesitation in buying from them again.

The tablet was received within 24 hours of ordering, so full marks to Cambridge Sciences, who also replied by return to a query I raised. The product itself is faultless and has proved reliable in the two months I’ve been using it. What impresses me most is that it has played all the video files I have thrown at it including, most impressively, .asf files which none of my other more powerful computers do. In my case, this is very useful because my Panasonic DVD recorder can also record TV programmes to an SD card in MPEG4 .sdf format. Until now, though, I could make no use of this facility because none of my PCs could play the resultant TV programmes off the SD card. To my surprise and delight, this G7 tablet does play these MPEG4 .asf files faultlessly, so I can just remove the SD card from my DVD recorder, plug it into an SD card reader connected to the tablet via its USB port, and view all recorded TV programmes. I was also keen to make sure that the tablet I bought could access the BBC iPlayer; having Flash built-in is key to this, but it is not all you need. Many other tablets have Flash, but they are incompatible with the BBC iPlayer because of their processor architecture. This tablet, however, has Flash and its processor’s architecture is compatible with the BBC iPlayer, so I am able to play videos off the iPlayer on-line. The only drawback is that it cannot download BBC iPlayer programmes for later viewing off-line. Another nice touch is that the tablet comes with a sturdy protective case with a belt-like loop which can be turned inwards to act as a stand, so it is possible to view films with the tablet resting on a table without having to carry it. Sadly, time constraints prevent me writing a detailed technical review, but I would be happy to answer any queries submitted. In every respect, the tablet performs well and I have no hesitation recommending it to others.

This is a quality product which performs exactly as described in the sales brief. I hunted high and low on the internet for a tablet that met my requirements and the two that I purchased for my wife and I have not disappointed us.
* Very fast service (arrived in two days from order) * Professionaly packaged (Both the item and delivery) * An extra neoprene cover was also included (not expected). * The tablet responds very quickly to input on the capacitive screen (no hard pushes). * Wifi works well in all rooms of the house (i.e. server upstairs and myself down) * Downloads of e-books and mp3 music takes seconds to finish. * Very good value for the money
I still need to improve the wifi reception when out and about, I probably need a usb wifi attachment and I am still looking for something suitable for android.
All in all a very good buy that I would fully reccommend to others and I would certainly do business with this company again.
