Excellent value screen protectors for the Samsung Galaxy S3 and a real bargain at the price. If you follow the instructions carefully it fits perfectly and makes almost no difference to viewing or operating the touch screen. The pack contains 10 sheets plus 10 microfibre wipes for ensuring good cleanliness and adhesion. For best results I’d suggest first cleaning any grease from the glass with a cloth dampened with some soapy water, followed by a wipe dry with the microfibre wipe. (Warning: I do mean just damp! – don’t overdo the water! The S3 is packed with water sensor “tell-tales” which change colour to let the Samsung service centre know if your phone has got wet inside, invalidating any warranty.)
10 sheets is enough to last for years if you’re reasonably careful. Also it gives you some leeway to make a mistake or two. It’s very easy to get specks of dust under a screen protector if you’re careless when fitting. Also I suggest you first offer up a protector to the screen with the protective backing still on it to see exactly where it sits – note the cutaways for the front camera and sensors. If you align it badly, you really have to abandon that try and use another sheet. Once you’ve placed it you can’t take it off and put it on again.
I did see an earlier review that the protector didn’t extend fully to the edges of the phone. They don’t, and there’s a good reason for this. As you get near the edge, the flat front surface starts to curve away towards the side frame, and so the protector is designed to stop short of this. If it was any bigger, the edges would soon lift up and start to pick up dust and dirt and have to be replaced.

Excellent value for money on this product. 10 screen protectors for less than £2. They fit well, covering the entire screen as well as about 1 cm of top and bottom of the bezel. The areas cut out for the home button and camera/sensors at the top are in exactly the right places.
You will notice that the extreme edges of the protector (about 0.5 mm down the sides, about 1-2 mm at the top) will appear to not “stick” down because of the shape of the front face of the phone. The fact is that the whole thing is flat against the surface, it’s just that the very edges do not form a perfect vacuum. But there is not a visible gap, and no dust can get underneath. It simply looks opaque, mainly along the top edge. This is just an anomaly of the phone and the screen itself remains completely clear as long as you clean it properly before applying the protector.
I would recommend using a torch to help identify any specs of dust on the screen. The clothes provided are good for polishing and removing finger marks but they will leave fibres of their own if you’re not careful. Use the torch and wipe in one direction with the cloth until all particles have been removed. Then apply the protector in one go. Don’t try and start at one end and “roll” it down like a bus ticket. Just line up an edge and plonk it down. If it’s not straight you can peel it off and readjust. Then push outwards with the cloth to push any bubbles towards the edge. If a bubble won’t move, it’s probably a particle.

I purchased this item before the S3 was launched. The screen protectors are a perfect fit, and prevent dust and scratches damaging the screen. Each of the 10 protectors included has a separate microfibre cloth needed to clean the screen properly before applying the film. It is absolutely imperative that the screen is cleaned properly prior to attaching the film or bubbles will annoy you forever! It takes a couple of times to get it right, but with 10 in the pack there’s plenty of fudge in the system. Once applied, you won’t know it’s there. It has no effect on the accuracy of the touch screen and reading the screen is also unaffected. Excellent product and highly recommended.
