This review is from: EasyAcc UK 40Pin 15V 1.2A AC Adapter ASUS Wall Charger for ASUS Eee Pad Transformer TF101, Prime TF201, SL101, Pad 300 TF300 TF700T-with EMI CORES (Electronics)
Unfortunately, whilst the tablet itself is the best a woman can get, the plug that comes with it is notoriously unreliable and fails after a couple of months. The problem is that the plug/USB combination wears out the pins inside the plug very quickly and unfortunately you cannot charge your wonderful TF 101 tablet via a USB port. Get one of these plugs – which has a hard-wired link from lead to plug and your problem is solved :o) It’s also remarkably cheap – mine cost £6.99 at time of typing…

Having bought my Asus TF300T in the USA I needed a UK adapter so I could charge the battery at home. Looked through a number of similar products and chose this one as matching my requirements the most closely.
I am pleased to have made the right choice as the EasyAcc charger arrived quickly, has the correct connector, charges as it should without any fuss and is exactly what I wanted. If you need the same UK charger as I did – no need to look elsewhere.

This feels well-built and robust. More importantly it charges my ASUS transformer tablet, which is an improvement on some of the other “chargers” that I’ve bought. Unlike some of the other products I’ve seen reviewed, I’ve had no problem with it over-heating, and it’s been plugged in for the last couple of days. I’d heartily recommend it.
