Before I bought this headset, I researched a whole bunch of others first, and upon seeing some very mixed reviews on the various headsets I found, this seemed to do exactly what I wanted. But since actually buying this one, and having used it for some time now, I can actually confirm that this one is FANTASTIC!! It plugs in with USB, and I never have any probems with it! It’s really comfortable, plus the sound quality is superb. It can be used in cnjunction with either skype, msn, yahoo, or anything that requires either speakers, headphones, or microphones. I play my music from the pc, and use these as my headphones all the time! But initially I bought this so that I can go on msn and speak to people whilst having my hands free to type. This was also perfect, because it even has a button to automatically call people on your msn contact list! Also, next to that button, it even has buttons for the volume, and also to chose whether to use the microphone or not. It has been absolutely brilliant! Just thought I wwould share that with you all, in case you were looking for a good one too! Money definately well spent! Full Marks!!

These are great value, sound quality is great, the microphone is very flexible, but has to stay on the left hand side, They are very comfortable, i have used them for 2 hours at once and they still felt comfortable,
They also work very well with skype, (although you have to ensure you uncheck “automatically adjust microphone settings)
Would highly recommend, more than worth the money

This is a really great headset, with a nice long cable, which has a remote halfway down with volume, mute and webchat buttons.
Installation was non-existent on both Windows and Mac OSX, both of which allow you to select your input/output methods without unplugging the headset, making for an easy life.
The most impressive thing about this product is the quality of sound. The headphones quality is amazing, with great clarity and booming bass, which I particularly benefit from while listening to music and playing games. The headphones themselves have great noise-cancelling qualities, meaning that you will hear nothing from the outside world when using them.
Over the years, I have never been disapponted with a piece of Microsoft hardware, but this headset has genuinely surpassed my expectations. Great value for money, highly reccommended
