The case fits the Kindle paperwhite nicely and I like the fact that the Kindle is inserted from the inside of the case as this makes it a very secure fit in the case. The auto sleep/wake function works well with this case unlike a different make case I tried which worked only intermittently. How long the case will last is anyone’s guess but the materials look reasonably robust for the price but it is not made from real leather. However, people should be aware that this seller offers an additional free case to encourage people to write reviews on here so don’t dismiss other cases for having fewer reviews than this one!

I was very dubious about the auto shut-off feature this product boasted, but I can confirm that it certainly does work and the case protects the Kindle when being transported, which is the primary reason for the purchase. The Kindle fits snugly into the case and it is much cheaper than other dedicated cases recommended to me. I would not hesitate to advise buying one of these to protect the Kindle PaperWhite.

This Kindle case is absolutely fantastic! I was going to buy the official Kindle cover at £32 then stumbled upon this at less than a third of the price and decided to give it a try. It’s lightweight but nice to hold, provides good protection and stays closed with a magnetic strip that also turns the Kindle on and off (well, standby) when you open and close it. Money well spent.

GOOD CASE FOR THE PRICE BUT BE AWARE,
