I was happy to see this advertisement on amazon saying that this model Asus N56VJ has backlit illuminated keyboard this was major feature I was looking for but most of the N series models in UK don’t have backlit keyboard, I ordered this item and received it today but after checking all settings it is confirmed that this model also don’t have backlit keyboard, raised call with Amazon, they said their technical team will check and get back in 3-4 business days, overall this model is good but I was getting cheaper deal on other sites for same spec (graphics card 630m instead of 635m which is okay with me), totally disappointed.
Hope amazon finds backlit keyboard model and replaces this.
Update: Amazon confirmed there is no backlit keyboard model and they offered for full refund, i would be returning this model and buying N56VM (same config except windows7 and nvidia 630m) for 729 from […].
