I purchased this warranty and hope it lives up to expectation. I received a welcome email from Square Trade, which stated that I could log into the buyer centre on the Square Trade website and print off my policy document 24 hours a day. I tried this and was unable to find out how to print the details off. I telephoned Square Trade and the person I spoke to was also unable to find out how to print off the poicy conditions. After asking a colleague he informed me that I needed to go to the Amazon website, locate the policy, scroll down to a couple of links embedded in the page and would find the policy details and key facts about the policy.
This did rather leave me wondering why the email from Square Trade invited me to go to their website for the policy details, when they are actually on the Amazon website.

You’ve just paid £169 for the 3G Paperwhite. The next day, you sit on it, or its taken from you person on the walk home.
The Kindle keyboard was great, but the paperwhite really is superb. I don’t see it being superseded in the near future, and consider this cover a fair investment.
For the gamblers among us, this is a 4p per day, 28p per week, £1.24 per month, or £14.99 per year product. If my kindle survives 3 years and I never have recourse to use the insurance, I’ll be happy. If my kindle is broken and replaced, I’ll still be happy.
I don’t know if this covers the Amazon case, or if I pass on ownership of the kindle, if the warranty is transferable. Some of you may want to look into this.
A reasonable price and a reassuring investment.

Excellent service – insurance delivered by e-mail. Easy to print off and arrived within six hours of the order – even before the kindle white tablet had been delivered! With this in mind they had even extended the insurance policy to two days after the placement of the order. I thought that this was very fair.
