Always handy to have a second charged battery on hand if your a power user like me.
The stand aspect of the product is passable and will hold the phone securely in either orientation. However it tends not to stand up correctly if you have a gel case or similar on the phone and try to stand it in portrait.
Charges the spare battery quite quickly and the unit didn’t even seem to get warm let alone hot.
Would recommend to anyone who wants a spare battery, the charger is easily small enough to fit in a pocket or purse.

I hate seeing 2 and 3 star reviews from people who didn’t bother reading the description before buying something. Yes, it would be nice if this was a dock that charged your phone as well as the spare battery but if that’s what you want then go buy one, don’t buy this and then moan about it not doing what you thought it would do because you didn’t do your research. There are S3 docks on the market that charge phone and spare battery if you look for them.
On to my review, well it does exactly what I expected. I was just going to buy a spare battery for the phone but found this was only a few extra pounds so got this instead. My house is overflowing with mini and micro USB cables so quite happy this didn’t come with any! It feels solid, has a nice gloss finish and a light to let you know when it’s finished charging. All in all, really good value if you’re looking for a spare battery and a way to charge it without having to swap it into your phone.

great product that was delivered earlier than expected!!! maybe could have included a charging wire along with the unit as i had to buy one of my own to use it but the description does only say about the stand, battery and battery charger… looks smart 🙂
