You can’t really complain about a free book, however…
I have to agree with some other reviews with the references to God/religion. It did have a part to play but the amount was unnecessary – quoting bible references!
I did find it slightly predicatable at times; working out the identities of the characters before Ivy did!
Overall, I did enjoy the book & would recommend it.
I would read more from this series, but only if they were free.

I downloaded this book mostly, because it was free but I am glad that I did. A great, easy reading story. I do not usually read crime / thriller books but have very much enjoyed this and have now purchased the 2nd in the series. There are 4 books in the Ivy Malone series (I beleive, the first is a free download then the others are priced at £4.15 each, which I think is a more than reasonable price as I enjoyed #1 very much. Would recommend that anyone tries the first book, even if you do not think it will be your thing, I think that you will be pleasantly suprised.

I really enjoyed this book. The heroine is a little different to most crime novels.I guess a modern day Miss Marple. Easy read, great fun just the job for a relaxing cofee break or holiday novel.
