This review is from: Betron(tm) Camera Connection Kit 5 in 1 USB/SD/TF/MicroSd Card Reader for Apple IPad (Electronics)
The product does work, though the ipad is very restrictive on what you can do and may appear that the device does not work.It would be nice if there were instructions, since it took me a while to find the solution:
Symptoms: Plugged this into the ipad and tried usb thumbdrives, camera via usb or sd cards but nothing happens. May get a message saying the device is incompatable.
Solution: The ipad will only look in a folder called “DCIM” attached to the connector and not in any other folders or even subfolders under “DCIM”. Many cameras store their photos under other sub-folders (for example my Nikon does) and therefore the ipad does nothing because it does not see any photos. The solution, is the make sure that you create a folder (on your SD card etc) called DCIM and put the photos you want to transfer directly into it, then hopefully it will find and import them.
If you get a message saying the device is incompatable, just click OK and ignore it – it seems to work.
Since this is an ipad issue, I believe the issue described here is true for all camera connectors and not just ones coming through this company (including Apple’s own device).

Great Gadget This is a super little gadget! It does exactly as described, works perfectly with iPad 2 and iPhone 4S, so very interchangeable. It has every conceivable connection option for photo’s and is very simple to utilise. Quality is good and set up takes seconds.

Ipad all in one card reader,
This is an excellent piece of equipment and one I would highly recommend. It makes putting photos onto the iPad really easy.
