This is a ‘Blue’ standard 2.5″ Western Digital hard drive, it’s fast, very quiet & works perfectly in my PS3 and installed with the minimum of fuss. Just what I wanted.

This arrived this morning, and I immediately installed it into my Asus G50V to replace a slowly breaking down 320GB HDD which came with the laptop 4 years ago.
It has run pretty silently all day, and I no longer have the clunks and grinding noises associated with the 320GB HDD. It is also incredibly fast and responsive when navigating through my OS, whereas before I would have to wait around 20 seconds for “My Computer” or “My Documents” to open and show.

I bought a 160GB slim PS3 about 1 year ago. It was full so I was looking on here for one. I can confirm that this works perfectly. have almost 800GB free after doing the restore and back up. Also all games and all data (game saves, game downloads, music, trophies, etc) were all on the new hard drive when I restored it.
5 stars!! excellent service and adequate packaging aswell.
