This TV is amazing it was everything I wanted and the pictures didn’t do it justice as it was even better when it arrived. Picture quality is superb for everything (I mostly use it for gaming and its epic.) I highly recommend this television and at this price its an absolute steal. Overall BUY BUY BUY!

I wanted a full-HD 42″ TV that I could connect to my FreeSat box and DVD player via HDMI outputs. So far so good. But I also needed to take an optical audio out from the TV to my surround-sound system – a feature which I had on my older, 32″ LG TV. The photo of the back panel clearly shows such a connection (if you zoom in really close), but sadly it’s not there on the actual set. (Where did this photo come from, I wonder?)
I contacted Amazon, who arranged for the set to be collected and gave me a full refund. Full marks to them in this respect, but sadly, the TV is not as illustrated on the web-site.

TV arrived in a week, and was pretty easy to set up. The picture quality and size is perfect for what i need (42-inch, general everyday use), and I am very happy with this TV. I looked around quite a lot, and of course, there are TV’s that are better in picture quality (smart TV), but they are also much more expensive. For the price, this TV is worth every penny. Looks slick, and even on a stand (rather than wall mounted), it takes up minimal space. Very happy!!
