This review is from: Canon PGI525 Black & CLI526 Cyan Magenta Yellow Black Ink Cartridge For iP485… (Office Product)
After checking that the correct Canon packaging was shown I chose SilverTrade gmbh as the seller, the goods recieved were not in the original packaging but instead in a very flimsy box, printer cartridges have a use by date and this is shown on the packaging, in this case because the Canon packaging was not supplied no use by date is evident, could the cartridges be out of date ? who knows.
The sales page showed no wording whatsoever that the cartridges would be supplied out of the original packaging, personally if I had known this then I would not have ordered with this company

I too bought from SilverTrade gmbh and the cartridges are not in the packaging shown in the image. They look genuine but I am left unsure. SilverTrade gmbh need to provide some kind of explanation. Do they buy each colour in bulk and repackage them or havr I bought fake items . . . . and how will that affect the performance of my new printer?

I bought these at the same time as the “matching” Canon printer MG5250 – the quality of the print outs is excellent, but then it should be: you’re paying a premium price. Overall, i’m happy with these print cartridges, tho do look out for the “warning” lights on the printer telling you that you still need to replace cartridges – other than those empty ones you’ve just replaced – when in fact the printer’s own utility software tells you they’re still quarter full. At least you know by buying genuine Canon, you are getting great results – and you do.
